KATS is a wonderful program. High school students and a big, loveable tiger go to the elementary schools in Stewart County and speak to the children there about tobacco substances and the hard they can do to your body. KATS is a really helpful organization and helps to teach the kids of our future what they should choose to do and not do when it comes to tobacco.
